Soiled, ripped, or damaged goods should be avoided. Unless the product is broken or considerably different from what was represented, the customer is responsible for sending it to us at their expense.
Returns, refunds, and exchanges for various sizes of jackets from our store are all acceptable.
After 24 hours, no modifications to the product, colour, or measurement are permitted because items have been sent for processing.
Order cancellation or refund requests will result in a 6% clear withdrawal charge from the ordered item amount because of credit card processing charges.
FAULTY ITEMS OR WRONG ORDER RETURNS
If an item is faulty, wrongly described, or a different size is shown then we will meet our legal obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery charges, or providing a replacement product, provided the item is returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Custom (made to order) items, discounted items are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Providing a custom-made item needs to be altered, we can do so for free if the buyer covers both shipping costs. This does not apply to items that are on sale or discounted items.
